Handmade to order
Every piece from Welsh Pony Plaques is made by hand in our South Wales studio. Please allow 7–14 working days for your order to be made, painted, and carefully packed before it is dispatched. We will notify you by email once your order is on its way.
UK delivery
We deliver across the United Kingdom via Evri. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
- Standard delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch
- Estimated total time from order to delivery: 10–19 working days
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
Packaging
We take great care packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. All pieces are wrapped securely and labelled fragile where appropriate.
Delays
During busy periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, and Father's Day, please allow additional time for your order to be made and dispatched. We recommend ordering at least 4 weeks in advance for guaranteed delivery before key dates.
